Building Pre-owned Bikes Online Selling Platform for Hero MotoCorp
Overview
Our client – Hero MotoCorp, is an India-based company that manufactures two-wheelers. The two-wheeler brand is perfect for providing comfort, style, and affordable service to ride vehicles. Engineering characteristics of Hero MotoCorp have been presented at a high standard for over three decades. They wanted to develop a web feature where users could advertise a used bicycle or swap a new one. For the development of the web solution that loaded fast, they teamed up with PHP Experts India. Originally, we created a web-based marketplace in the context of pre-owned two-wheelers to address the problem of adverse selection.

Our Process
PHP Experts India website development team created and implemented new, unique, and expandable facilities according to the client’s needs. It’s a secure feature for the client from the ground up. It was this team that came up with the strategies that keenly simplified the selling of used bicycles. The team incorporated necessary functionalities in the program, such as details about the bikes, details of the users, and an instant assessment of it.
Project Planning
The project was first started through meetings and consultations with the client in a team set up by us. This included identifying project objectives, documenting the requirements, and the overall implementation plan.
Design & prototype
Following design principles, our team creates understandable user interfaces for the mobile application. We iteratively worked on the prototyping process to align the design of the app to the sub-population preference based on the client’s demographic information.
Development
The underpinning of cutting-edge technologies with sound frameworks was engineered by the team.
Deployment
Since the app was developed and tested for release, we helped a client to deploy an application across multiple marketplaces. An elaborate marketing plan was formulated and orchestrated to ensure that the facility gets maximum exposure.
